South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — complaints against dishonest conductor of sbstc

I am a regular passenger in Haldia kolkata, Digha kolkata, Nandigram kolkata bus route. For last 3 to 4 months i have been observing that, most of the conductor in these route didn't give ticket to local passenger inspite of giving full fare. Specially these happens when the buses are returned from kolkata to their respective destinations after MECHEDA stoppage. Being a concerned citizen and a regular passenger of SBSTC i would like to request the concerned authority to take appropriate step and restore the good service of sbstc from those dishonest conductor.

I bought this ticket for 12th September but received the confirmation sms today on 16th September. How the hell will I be able too board the bus now. @SBSTC
