Sir on dt 14/09/2016 i try to purchase ticket vide POS [protected] at BD- SBSTC txn480528 but no ticket issued though dr. through my dr. card no[protected] for rs 140 atat 13.33 0n 14/09/2016 and again at 13.50 on the same date under the same POS as\stated above, , the same dr card debited again 140/- at BD SBSTC txn481614

so i request you to kindly refund one rs 140/- after verification from your end under intimation to me at my mai ashitesh.[protected]@gmail.com or through my mob. no. [protected] immediately
