Respected Sir/Mam,
First of all I am very sorry for my delayed complaint due to unavailability of internet connection & computer.
I, Mr. Swarup Mondal have booked a SBSTC bus ticket (Non A/C) from Redbus sit on 28th of Sept 2021 ( KARUNAMOYEE TO ASANSOL) for 12th of Oct 2021(Ticket ID TQAS[protected] and same had been confirm by Red bus that my ticket was confirmed.
But at the time of travel on 12th of Oct 2021 the ticket checker told me that my ticket was not confirmed and I have to be purchase a new ticket. Several times I was making him understand that I have a confirm ticket and no cancellation information has yet not received from Redbus or SBSTC but he don't cared about that and behave very rudely with me. It is also very painful that one senior officials of SBSTC was present on that time but he was also support the ticket checker and behave with me like criminals. Forcefully he give me a ticket cost of Rs - 175/-. This is not end he was allow passengers in all the seats in bus and also standing 10-15 passengers travel with us entire 4 hours. As per government rules on present situation only 50% passenger allow to travel in bus specially long journey.
The cost of ticket is not matter for me but their behavior is very pain full. I fall very shameful on that moment. Please take this issue as a serious note else both the person doing this malpractices with passenger like me. Please take the action against the SBSTC & both the officials.
NB - Here is no option for attachment hence I am not able to submit my all the proof like bust ticket and SMS. If you required please let me know will share with you accordingly.
