There was no e-ticket generated while booking a bus online from durgapur to karunamoyee for 23 feb 2018 and the money has been deducted from my account. On the website, the transaction is visible in the history but there is no option to print the e-ticket. No e-mail or message received either.
The reference number is 11282517.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
