I rode the bus from thakurpukur. And my destination is diamond harbour. But the conductor forcefully booked my ticket from behala to diamond harbour and claimed that it was his ticketing machine which booked the ticket. The ticket no is[protected]. Please look into the matter as this type of attitude is not at all expected from a reputed organization like sbstc

Tomorrow I book a ticket from arambagh to Kolkata. Balance is debited from my bank account but ticket is not book.
I want refund balance for the shame.
Kindly take necessary action for the same.
