I'm taking a bus from karunamoyee, kolkata to asansol i have an extra marker board for which they are asking me to pay rs. 500 as luggage on denying which they are talking me rudely and also threatening me that they will call some police or something who will come for checking on the way and fine me rs. 600. Apart from that they are also not giving me the receipt of rs. 500 and saying that stay here in rain we are going n all. I swear if i would not be in hurry i definitely show them the power of social media. I need my money back to build-up my confidence on consumer court. Below i'm mentioning the bus no.

This is the bus from dehati to Kolkata, found a big fraud from ticket collector. Most of the day in a week bus has been fulfilled passenger from dehati or dasagram bus stop but ticket collector would not collected ticket properly . Only collected cash at balichak bus stand. So, please take action .
