South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Extra charge taken by Muchipara bus stop counter

Address: Bardhaman, West Bengal

I am going kolkata from muchipara durgapur by bus started at 3:05pm from city center today(12/01/17).Actual ticket fare is 125.But they charged 135 rupees.It happens in muchipara offline ticket counter, Durgapur today.I asked them to return my 10 rupees.They said "It's service charge".I said, " You r giving ticket offline.Service charge is required for online service."Still they didn't return. Kindly take necessary action.

Ticket no.P[protected].
But confirmation message yet not received on provided mobile no.[protected] .
