South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — harassment by sbstc staff

On 1st sept 2019, mrs labani gayen was traveling from jadavpur to midnapore by sbstc bus no wb39a0961.
She was taken to midnapore sbstc bus depot without any valid reason. Unnecessary harassment done by the staffs as she was carrying a harmonium and they wanted rs. 200 as carrying cost wherever carrying a hermonium without carrying cost is permissible. She was detained forcefully to leave the bus at her scheduled stop at lic more and taken away to midnapore sbstc bus depot far away from lic more (About 2 kms.)
It is thought to be an offence to obstruct a lonely woman to leave the bus at her scheduled stop and taken away far from the stop where she could not find any way for coming back without any valid reason.
Please take action against this unlawful deed.
