On[protected] i am boarding from asansol to kolkata in 4.50 sbstc bus my ticket no is l[protected] i am booked it through online.. I am noticed that the bus pickup passenger from road side anywhere and drop it anywhere without any preffer stopage like a local bus. So please look into this matter because every passenger have a valuable time. But the bus is running like a local bus. And not running it on its time. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I purchased Durgapur-Kolkata bus ticket on06.01.18 journey date of which is 08.01.18.But I have to cancel my journey and as such need cancellation of the same.I tried to cancel it through sbstc website but they did not allow me to do so.I need it's cancellation & refund as well.
