South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — improper ticket

I get up in bus at shaktigarh stoppage to go to durgapur in sbstc bus (Bus no 2885). Conductor asked me to give 60 rupees. I gave him 60 rupees, but he gave me ticket of 50 rupees only. Please take proper action against such corrapt conductor. When i checked the date of the ticket, i found 10/08/17 and time showen 7:00:22

My reference no. was 8827283.I used HDFC payment gateway.My card was SBI debit Maestro card.90 rupees is deducted but online ticket not generated.please help me to get back the money
