South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Misbehaving conductor did not drop me at correct place

I boarded a sbstc bus from durgapur on 23rd january 3:05pm. Bus no 3212. Conductor was utterly misbehaving. I had a lot of luggage and i have a problem of back ache from an accident i had met. I informed this to him well beforehand and asked me to drop at the correct location. When i was ready to get down, he was chatting on his phone and misbehaved with me saying bus won't stop. I told him that i am a regular customer and every bus has a stoppage there but he started pouring slangs. He finally dropped me at the last location i. E sbstc bus stand in karunamoyee. I urge sbstc to take strict action against him so that passengers don't have to suffer this way.
