South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Money debited but ticket is not confirmed

I was booking a ticket from sbstc online app for 4.45am(habra to digha) bus from [protected]@gmail.com email and
[protected] number .Money is debited from my sbi account but ticket is not show in upcoming trip or ticket is not booked. I want my refund right now. Because this is second time I faceing problem.
