South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Money deducted but seat not booked

I had booked a seat on sbstc bus from Durgapur to Barasat from the sbstc website online(on[protected] .However even after paying ₹155, my seat has not been booked . I have previously booked my seats many times from this website but never have faced such problems. I tried calling the customer care number but it is also switched off.
