South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — money deducted but tickets not received - 28th august 2018

On 26th august i was trying to book 2 seats for 28th august (Asansol to karunamoyee) 7am. After i gave my card details the amount of rs. 370 was debited from account however the payment page was stuck and ended with attached error page. I got a sms and email with an old ticket (Immediate last) of 24th august which is not the desired one (Already travelled trip).

Please expedite refunding the balance of rs. 370.
