South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — money deducted from balance twice no ticket issued.

Address: Birbhum, West Bengal

On 3/5/18 at 13:38 try to book 3 seats from dubrajpur to kolkata (Suri-kolkatata, 14:00) for 4/5/18 but money deducted rs/- 435.00 but no ticket issued.
Again try to book 3 seats at 16:25 on same bus, same date, again balance deducted 435.00 but no ticket issued.
I have faith on your booking system, so pl. Refund money as early as possible.
I try to book those tickets from my register online sbstc app.

I had tried to book a TICKET on 23.04.2018 from FUTISANKO to Kolkata ESPLANED. Journey date was 25.04.2018.
Money was debited from my bank but ticket not booked and there was not any messages about it..
So please resolve my problem and send back my money.
