Although the booking was cancelled, i had been charged 440rs dated 12th of august. After contacting customer care, i was told to be refunded within 8days. Now i am trying the same mobile number for several times but no one is responding. I want further steps to be done as soon as possible, i have tried other numbers of some officials but no-one haven't told me what to do. I mean student by profession, it is very much inconvenience for me to be charged this amount of money for nothing

Sir,

I booked two ticket online on 18.9.2018, E-ticket no.P[protected] and E-ticket no. P[protected] haldia to falta of 3PM. I waited till 5PM but the bus did not come.So now I am claiming refund of my booking amount as early possible.

My father Prasad Samanta booked two ticket online on 18.9.2018, E-ticket no.P09180212499 and E-ticket no. P09180216631 haldia to falta of 3PM. I waited till 5PM but the bus did not come.So now I am claiming refund of my booking amount as early possible.
