I have booked a ticket on 28/05/2017 for 29/05/2017 by sbstc online website.
My money is deducted from my account but my ticket is not received on my mobile. I have made the payment through online banking (Sbi) and my reference id is isbi[protected]igabjnvmn6. So, i want to refund my money from which it deducted. It's urgently need to me

Sir, I was trying to book a ticket on 9/05/2017. Frm karunamoyee to dgp of 7am departure time . The amount of Rs 140 was deducted from my account but ticket not made . Then again I hv booked another one. It has already 10 days passed but no refund hv been given to my account. Please help me

I am booking for 7-6-17 9.00am Burdwan to kolkata bus of one seat, first time 85 ruppes debit from my bank account but booking failed, so I tried another time this time also the same, so 85*2=170 rps debited from my AC but no ticked is booked .so refund my money back .
