I have booked tickets (E-tickets online) from asansol in the name of anwesha ganguly on[protected] in ac bus (Sbstc) to kolkata departure 14:20 hrs from asansol at seat no. 9, 10 ticket no: l[protected] journeydate : 03/03/2018, but the bus was cancelled for the date. As per your rules and norms i would have get the refund within 8 working days. I sent two e-mails in your specified address immediately without any response. I have booked tickets (E-tickets online) from kolkata in the name of sk sabir md on[protected] in nonstop bus (Sbstc) to haldia departure 15:30 hrs from kolkata at seat no. 21, 22, 23, 28 ticket no: l[protected] journeydate : 01/04/2021, but the bus was cancelled for the date.
As per your rules and norms i would have get the refund within 8 working days. Will you please notify me as to how and when i would get the refund?
