Sir/mam, on march 25th I am trying to book my tickets online from burdwan to kolkata for 28th march on 9am sbstc bus but during payment each times transaction failed and their as charging from my account of Rs 85 as i tried for 2nd time at that time also same thing happened. After the failure of transaction i m till waiting for my money refund but till no action has been taken. Please kindly respond for my request. i will be highly thankful for your this regard.

Money has been deducted over sbi net banking but didn't get the tikit as msg or mail.. sbstc page is being processed nd never returned it to the confirmation page..what the **** service u r giving.
