South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — rude and cruel behaviour of bus conductor

I complained to the bus driver and conductor for the extra charge they were asking me for my extra luggage which was adjustable near by my seat. It was unfair. I asked for extra 160 rs for the luggage. My journey started but the took their revenge in a cruel manner by not droppinh me in my destination spot. The conductor uttered, 'you were complaining so much, now complain more' and she asked me to shut up and dropped me in another far away stop.
What kind of service is this? Is their no humanity?? The worst experience happened in sbstc burdhaman to karunamoyee

Updated by Lollen Inya The conductor asked me for extra 160 rs for luggage which was adjustable beside my seat.That was unfair so i refused.The journey started and the driver and conductor refused me to drop in my destination spot and dropped me far away in another stop.The conductor was shouting, 'Now you complain more' He was even pointing me his finger.
I didnot expect this from SBSTC which i prefer ro travel everytime i go from bardhaman to kolkata.
Pls take action against the conductor.
