Today i am going to kolkata. When i reach the city centre durgapur 9 no ticket counter your executive said right now the 6.15 bus is available. I take it.. But the ticket was 6.00 am bus. When i saw the ticket but too late.. After checking my ticket i am going to again ticket counter and the bus is gone. And also your executive refused me. And again i have to purchase a ticket

Is this service given to the customers.
I am very unhappy with your service and also your executive behaviour.

I had cancelled a ticket from Durgapur to KARUNAMOYEE but till now I haven't received my refund money..My ticket no is L[protected].. Please refund my money as early as possible...
