Regarding electric loose connection

Bill payment online not updated

I have paid my previous electricity Bill No. [protected] for due date 07.08.2021 online on 26.07.2021 at 23:54:24 vide transaction ID WHD[protected] for my residential Consumer No.[protected] and receipt No. SBBD[protected] is been issued to me online for an amount of Rs 25604.00 paid by me.
After around one month the above amount is still showing unpaid against my connection / Consumer No. Need a rectification in bill at earliest...
