Money deducted but not recharged

Today 1st of July at 8:42 AM. I've recharged my electricity bill of rs1500. But the bijli smart meter app crashed and electricity or bill didn't recharged.

Heavy bill

I have recharged my account with Rs 600 on 16/06/22 and on 18/06/22 it’s showing-Rs125, I gone to Saket Vihar office they suggested me to recharge their, if previous amount was not updated will revert and then I recharged with Rs 500 in office and just now I got the massage to recharge again as there is low balance.
And in my another home I recharged with Rs 500 on 15/06/22 and same thing happened there also.

Electric Bill without Use

Charging too much bill

We don't use so much electricity but they charge a lot. My mother turns off refrigerator and nobody watches television. We all stay in one room so we turn in the light of only one room.
