I bought the specs for my son. It's been just 3 months over. But already the lense quote has gone. When i went to get it repaired the staff didn't respond in a proper manner. They r demanding rs 750 again. I really got cheated. At the time of purchase they assured about the quality. They said within one year if anything happens they would replace it. Kindly help me to get it replaced. I tried to contact the head office over phone. But they gave given an incorrect number. Just to market the product they are giving colourful adds.
