Salesperson called me in the morning and askedcollect the specs .around 3 in the evening I went to collect my specs.salesperson is saying that my specs is not ready yet.am I looking like fool .horrible experience...

I gave my for repair two weeks back, service person replaces my specs with Other person’s specs, but he is arguing with me that I forgot my specs colour.horrible behaviour. It’s been two weeks still they haven’t repaired my specs.it’s in the drawer.initially they said no need to pay for frame repair.now he is asking to pay 999...

My frame was broken, I asked them whether they could repair it, they said it was possible to repair within a week.after two when I asked they gave me wrong specs, different frame and power.service person was arguing with me that I failed to identify my specs properly.when I showed my specs picture on my phone, he searched my specs in the drawer.still it is not repaired.initially they for frame service no cost, now he is asking to pay 999.horrible...

I have given to replace lens on 7th OCT 2021, and till now not received.
when followup only answer i get is tomorrow will delivery.
