Updated by Dr. Devdatt In continuation of my complaint (Case number 10196190; PNR : O9W4HS) I exchanged few emails with Spice Jet. They asked for bank details of travelling passenger and later bank details of the card holder. I have given them the above details.
This is the last email, dated November 13, 2022 which I have received :

Since there was no response, I have sent them a reminder mail on November 16.
There is still no response from them.

Updated by Dr. Devdatt I have finally received the refund today.
I had to send repeated reminders till this issue was resolved.
