[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — Spicejet ticket cancellation || Refund issue

Hi,

I had booked 3 flight tickets from Guwahati to Kolkata for 30th Dec 2022. PNR is V8Z3TL. I have booked it under the passenger names: Indrani Sharangi, Anirban Manna, Chandraja Biswas in the number [protected].

I get a message in the morning stating that the flight has been cancelled. I have raised a refund request already. Now, everywhere on the internet I see that SpiceJet has done this countless times: cancel and then no refund while messaging that they have, in fact, refunded. I won't accept this forgery. Within 24 hours I want an RRN number that my refund has been issued. If it does not happen, I am going to consumer forum, raising a complaint and visit the SpieceJet office myself with police and my lawyer.
