Spykar — Did not receive complete product as per the order

I had ordered a combo of belt and wallet from spykar.from the website below https://360inex.com/eureka3/
I received only belt and wallet was missing from the parcel.
My order No. is EAMC3006199
My shipment No. is EAMC3002661
I tried reaching their customer care several times but my mails are responded with out any result. They just keep giving false promises that our team will look into the matter.
I came to know about this forum through my friend, hence I’m complaining here
Hopefully things would work for me.
