ST cargo — undelivered parcels

Hi, I booked parcels from Singapore to India by Air on 02nd June 2015 and till now i didnt receive my parcels. Whenever i call for an update i was promised that my parcels will be delivered within a week (even after two months i didnt get it).. This become nightmare for me as i could travel to join my new job. After paying them for their so called cargo services, consumer has to suffer. I would like to know if there is any way Govt of India would cancel their license and ban them for cheating consumers ??? My invoice numbers are 50273 and 50274
