I complained to starquik customer services on 5th february that the cashback for the month of january 2020 has not been credited.
The first starquik customer service person said he would call back in 25 minutes. But he never called me.
I called after 3 hours and the next customer service agent mr. Preshit.
Found that 2 orders were not updated in starquik system but was reflecting in starquik mobile application. He took the order numbers and updated in their complaint system. No complaint was assigned to me. I was told that a member of the customer escalation team would call back but no persons called back.
I later the same day spoke to the supervisor inderjeet who told me, he would revert the next day.
I received a call from mr inderjeet on the above cell phone and we went through each of the six orders placed and the amounts also. He confirmed that the cashback was to be credited and that he was forwarding the details to the concerned team.
It is now 8th february and the cash back is still not credited. I spoke with mr inderjeet and he is making the same excuse that the concerned team is working on it.
How long does it take starquik to credit me. Now it is four days from date of complaint without resolution.
If starquik is facing a situation with their computer system, they need to resolve this internally and not keep a customer waiting that too for four days.
Starquik customer services is very poor and lacks any kind of professionalism.
Starquik customer services is not able to handle customer complaints efficiently.
