After delivery of the order i found that one of the items sent was not what i had asked for. I had ordered for mutton curry cut meat & chicken curry cut meat got delivered.
The price was not adjusted. So i paid approx 350 rupees more for a product that i have not ordered in the first place.
- deficiency in quality of service leading to this harassment & loss of face in front of invited guests
- wrong item / product getting sent because of process inefficiency
- extra amount charged for a lower price product
- as per customer care, refund would be initiated in 24 hours which means i have to wait at my home for the product to be picked up for return which is impractical
- customer care is not recognising that now i have a situation where we dont have food to cook for the invited guests. The slot for delivery was picked up according to our need to cook
- this is highly irritating & insulting & i have now lost my face. This kind of service is not expected from a tata owned company Was this information helpful? |
