    Respected sir/madam,
    I beg to state that i recharged my uts mobile app (Under irctc) on 07/04/2018 with amount of rupees 300 using my debit card. The first transaction was unsuccessful. So, i tried again and recharge done with rupees 300. But rupees 300 deducted twice from my account, total 600. The bank statement showing wrong date also. Though the date was 07/04/2018, it is showing rupess 300 debitted twice and showing date of 08/04/2018. I am attaching the bank statement and screenshot o[censored]ts recharge history.

    I sent mail to sbi calcutta university branch and uts kolkata. But the problem is not solved, and not reply got through mail.

    Kindly look into the matter so that the money will be refunded for failed transaction or will be added to the r wallet o[censored]ts if transaction is done.

    Nobody did contact me but money added to R Wallet today.though i sent mail to both SBI and UTS on 07/04/2018 with both the photos I sent to you.but money was not added to R wallet or refunded to my account. So, i informed you today for help and money added to R wallet today. Thank you.

      This is to bring to your notice that i, debajyoti paul chowdhury, residing in 5 aa pai road, belghoria, kolkata - 56 would like to lodge a complain against fraudulent or unauthorized transaction from my sbi account, belghoria branch.

      My sbi account is a savings account for more than one year and linked up with my registered mobile no. [protected]. On 08.04.2018 at around 3:54pm i received a sudden sms of insufficient fund (Picture of insufficient fund sms is attached with this mail for your reference) which indicates that someone tried at that moment to do transaction from my account. My account contained more than rs 17000/-. When 3rd time transaction was tried due to insufficient fund i received this message in my mobile. After login through my pc, i found that two times debit transaction was done of same amount i. E. (Rs 7900+ rs 7900=rs 15800/-) by itunes.com/bill. (Picture of bank statement and mobile sms are attached with this mail for your reference). My query is without any otp (One time password) which i was suppose to receive at my mobile no., how come bank allow this?

      Sbi being a govt. Registered bank how come can allow any transaction without any otp? Where is the security of public??
      On 08.04.2018 i lodged a general diary to belghoria police station, diary no. Is 495. (Picture of gd is attached with this mail for your reference). Today in the first hour i went to the sbi bank, belghoria branch and spoke to the branch manager. He informed me that bank does not have any responsibility we have to lodge the complain to cyber crime dept. He only received the copy of the general diary.

      I, am a business man, running a cyber cafe. I do not have any account in this website and have never purchased anything from this site. I have not faced any such problems before. I have not shared any details of my card and account with anyone.

      I would be really grateful to you if you could look into this matter and take necessary actions as early as possible. Please guide me with further procedures, so that the amount can be credited back to my account. Waiting eagerly for your response.

      I am also facing the same issue. My account has been deducted just now with INR 7900 two times. Is there any resolution to it? Did you get your money back from SBI? Seems like it has happened with many people. I just reported this to customer services and blocked my card.

      Brother, my account today was deducted 5 to 6 times by iTunes.com. I called the customer care number and blocked the card.

      My question is have you hot ur money back or not ???

      And any other place to complain ?.
      I think SBI PEOPLE ARE DOING THIS.😠😠😠

        Dear sir

        A refund of 4999 rupees was successfully processed on 25 mar 2018 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          As per the government rules and regulations the letter is been issued for all emitra transactions in sbi bank cash handling should be waived off.. But i m facing this issue from Oct. 2017 from sbi bank, I.E. Pur Road Bhilwara. There is no serious action been taken in this matter... The staff is not aware of procedure till now and therefore i have showed them many times the screen code "2090" from which the cash handling will be waived off but there is no one who can settle this matter till "agm" end there is no responsibility of this issue... I have provided my issue in written also to bank... I m emitra kiosk holder in SBI Industrial Estate, Pur Road, Bhilwara and the branch is near to me and i m also a current account holder from 2009...

          After facing the cash handling problem even i use to deposit cash in cash deposit machine (Cdm) they use to charge an amount of rupees 25 as service charge on 49999/- amount.. Soo looking for this to save an amount 25/- i have applied for current account debit card... I not get the debit card, I have tried to deposit the cash with the debit card but the same charge of rs.25/- is charged on debit card for cash deposit...

          Soo i need to get waived off this cash handling charges for my account and also in cash deposit machine as well...
          I need to get my refund also of cash handling and cash deposit machine which is applied till date now

          Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

            Website: I was unable to launch a complaint in their website and they did not reply to my email.

            I deposited a cheque in Ballygunge Park Road branch on 3 April 2018. The amount was debited from my Bandhan bank account on 4 April 2018 at 12.45 hours. It was not deposited to my PPF account even by 10.00 a.m on 6 April 2018. Kindly explain why there was such an inordinate delay. if I have suffered any loss of interest as a result of this delay, please make good the loss.

              I have my Locker in SBI ( chopsani Housing Board, Branch Jodhpur) was sealed by my father for personal reasons, though I am following up from last one year, but Bank Staff not supporting the same, it is pure harrassment to me, wastage of Time and Money because I stay in Gurgaon.
              Need Urgent Help to close this issue .

                atm power cut during withdrawal transaction

                Hi,
                I have faced power cut during withdraw transaction in sbi atm. This atm is located in dakshin barasat, south 24 parganas, west bengal, 743372 beside apollo pharmacy. I was trying to withdraw 6000/- on 7th april 2018 evening but at the time of counting inside atm the power goes off and by the time my money was deductated with transaction id 070418. Still i haven’t got my refund. I was using my axis debit card for transaction....

                    Subject: inappropriate transfer and theft from my account
                    Respected sir
                    This is to bring to your kind notice that i am a trusted and loyal costumer of your bank and want to appeal for my rightful money return as a part of recent incorrect transactions. On 6th april 2018 night someone hacked my account along with net banking credentials and transferred rs. 370005 /- as a part of neft and imps and through fake debit card …
                    I immediately complained in my branch the very next morning … at 10:30 hrs.
                    However the officials were not so helpful and did not take any immediate step to avoid the transactions…
                    . It seems there is some security problem in airtel network for which sms otp alert automatically forword to another mobile number ([protected]) and the account got hacked.
                    Could you please intervene into the matter and help me to my huge amount on priority.

                      I received a message on 4 february 2018 that a debit transaction has been made in my account worth rs 250 twice through internet banking as below
                      1. Ref no ik00lutln1 for rs.250.0 on 04-feb-18 05:04
                      2. Ref no ik00lutln2 for rs.250.0 on 04-feb-18 05:05

                      I have not done the above transactions and any otp was not received for that transactions.

                      I called the sbi customer care on 4 february 2018 and asked them to register a complaint against the theft and unauthorised transaction that has been made. They has provided me a complaint number [protected]. But any refund not received yet.
                      Requesting you to take necessary actions.

                        I have tried to add money to airtel payment bank from sbi debit card rupay on 30th march 2018 but the transaction falied and amount is debeted from bank... Refund amount is not yet received till now

                          Today ie on 7th april 2018, between 6 pm to 6:30 pm i received calls from below two mobile numbers :

                          [protected] and
                          [protected]

                          They informed me that they are calling from sbi credit card dept and since my card is expiring and reward points from my current card needs to be transferred to my new card they would be performing certain validation and transfer of credit points via some online transactions. I suspected it as fraudulent activity however, they seemed to be having all my card details and then performed below transactions on my card. Only later i realized that i am a victim of the fraud. I have raised a complaint about this to sbi credit card.
                          However, i would also like to ask all the merchandise mentioned here (I hope these are validated by sbi as legal merchandise).

                          How do i proceed further with this? Can sbi suggest a way forward?

                            I Bhavya Sukhija had a credit card of SBI. I was using this card from 6-7 years. Due to financial problems I was not able to make full outstanding payment so I request for settlement to SBI card in November 2017. My Card limit was 30000 and it was used full. I have also told them to block the card permanently. SBI agreed for the settlement but for Rs.30000. They remitted my interest. They given me a settlement letter in November 2017. I was liable to pay 30000. I have given them Rs 2000 cash on 17/11/17 and a cheque of Rs 8000 of current date and 2 post dated cheques of rs. 10000 each for 10/12/17 and 10/01/18. Due to some reason my cheques got bounced. I have called SBI and asked that can I make cash or online payment against bounced cheques so that my settlement will not become void. I have called because I have lost my settlement letter so I want to confirm. The executive on customer care(IVR recording) said that my last date of settlement was 25 January 2018 and I have to pay the remaining settlement amount on or before 25/01/2018. I have called 3-4 times to confirm again and again and always I got the same answer. They have not told me that I have to make payment in 3 parts only.They only told me to make the payment on or before 25/01/2018 So I have paid cash of Rs. 5000 on 7/12/2017, Rs 13000 through paynet(SBI instant online payment portal) on 6/1/2018 and Rs.10000 again through paynet on 25/01/2018. The total becomes 30000. I have all the SMSs which I received from SBI for acknowledgement of payment with date. I have done all the payment. But when I asked for the NOC, they said I will get it after 45 days. I wait for that. But in between I was getting SMS and e-statement on mail for outstanding payment. I didn't get it. Till March end I have not got a single call from SBI for outstanding payment. But when I raised a complaint for SMS and emails on customer care on 14/3/18 they said my settlement has been null and void. I have discussed all the matter on customer care and raised so many complaints but they are not ready to accept their mistake that their own executives told me to make the payment before or on 25/01/2018. The talk with the executives has been recorded in IVR. So there is a full proof. I have done all the payment on time. I will not pay anymore.

                            I request you to please look into the matter and resolve my problem

                              The bank has deducted 30000 rather than monthly installment.
                              I filed complaint everywhere i could but the branch manager is not at all helping.
                              And they deducted money without any prior notice per month and it doesnt even display in the passbook.

                                Sir, on 16/10/2017 when I visited to SBI branch to link Aadhar with my saving bank account, i was told that first of all KYC form is to be submitted. I inform to manager that I have already submitted KYC in year 2011, 2014, 2016. It was told to me that it is not showing in the record and it is the mistake of previous manager. Finally I have submitted KYC form to the SBI BANK (Aligarh city). On 26/10/2017 again I visted the branch to update / link Aadhar. Copy of aadhar and PAN (self & spouce) were submitted.

                                But no changes have been made yet. Hence, i am requesting you to solve the issue and stop harasing the customers

                                  Sign has not updated yet.i filled a form for sign change.They even don't bother to tell tht it will take 1 week to update sign.it has been 3 days..after writting amount bank officer told that sign is nt updated yet.so cheque nd time both got waste.useless staff.thnak u so much.dont need to resolve it.i m going to close it as soon as possible.thank u so much.

                                    Hi,

                                    I taken Home Loan from SBI RACPC Nashik in Nov 2017 & RACPC sent my PMAY CLSS insterest Subsidy Claim to their Loal Head Office Mumbai in Dec 2017.

                                    I had taken follow up to know the current status of my application but no one given the factual information regarding my PMAY CLSS Claim.

                                    It has been more than five months, not yet received any update on Subsidy.
