Respected Sir,
Respectfully submitted that my Family Pension amount which have regularly been remitted to SBI Bank A/c No:[protected] since 2003 (Name : Smt Phoolo, PC NO: 7489, FPPO-2130 ) have stopped from Nov’2017 and has not remitted to SBI Bank A/c No:[protected].
I would also like to apprise that I have already been submitted Life Certificate on Nov ‘2017 but when I visited SBI branch they told me that Life Certificate was not verified in system due to some system error and advised me to visit Centralised Pension Proc Cell, Delhi, Chandi Chowk, Delhi-6 and Centralised Pension Proc Cell, Delhi, Chandi Chowk told they mailed to Mumbai office to resolve the issue.
Sir, I regularly visited there but not get any assurances regarding remittance of my pension. Sir I am octogenarian and it is very difficult for me to visit here and there and harassing a old lady who is more than 80 years old .
It is also apprised that I would not able to purchase costly medicine due to my financial constraint since Nov 2017.
Sir I shall be very thankful if you kindly arrange to remitted my Family Pension amount to my Bank A/c No:[protected] at the earliest .
Sir I shall remain grateful for whole life if you do needful at your end.

    Please help to resolve my problem.05/03/2018 I got a call from [protected]@4:30pm on my registered mobile no [protected].she was lady. He told me to redeem my reward points from my credit card.She was told my card no, address and my name.I told him.after that I got a OTP sms and my 30, 000 deducted from my credit card credit 5000 idea money, 5000 idea money, 10000 yes bank and10000 yes bank .total 30, 000.that is a fraud case and rhere transaction are not done by me.
    So please resolve my problem and return back my money.

      Dear team,
      There is an auto debit of INR 1000 from my SBI a/c no. [protected] on 4th April, 2018; without any mandate registration, pre-sms alert, request-in-favour or cheque drawn in favour of the fraud company named as, "INVESTMENT INTERMEDI". This is very serious crime & a scar at the name of SBI. Moreover, it's a breach of trust between the SBI & the valued customer of SBI. I demand immediate action, refund of my debited amount & an assurance that it will never happen again. It has seriously blown my trust over SBI.
      PLEASE, take sincere action at the earliest.

        I have taken delivery wagon r from ABT Guindy Chennai on 3rd Jan 2018. vehicle provided with fast tag was working, but even my car in home halted it was deducted three times in different toll gate. Even I called NHAI, they said it vehicle no is our data base. SBi fast tag Customer care is server always slow. they said contact dealer. Even dealer is not able to solve the problem.. not responding. when I checked in portal the tag no is different with tag pasted in vehicle. still for the last one month no one could solve my problem.

          This is an attempt to bring to your notice the bullying, arrogant, dominant, aggressive behavior of your bank employees at sbi uttarahalli branch. They are short tempered and aggressive for no reason. The customers have the right to ask any questions related to financial transactions on their accounts with the bank. Your representatives think themselves as more than just employees/public servants. Wonder if you have any professional ethics training for your employees.

          Its shameful to see our country turning into unhappy, bullying culture, people showing their frustration on others because they are angry about their life or for various reasons.

          This is highly untolerable, my parents are not the slaves of your staff members to be treated with disrespect. If you do not take any actions on the staff members of the branch. I will file a human right violation, defamation lawsuit.

          Sbi may be a government organization, that does not make your staff gods to shout at people because they are unhappy idiots. Please teach some manners and send them to psychology sessions to make them behave like humans, not uneducated #/#.

          Please take the necessary action. Shameful and embarrassing to see these kind of people as employees of a government organization like sbi.

            Sir,

            I have a sbi a/c since last 6 years recently i have a problem occurred that is actual my account balance is inr 59000 but system showing lien amount inr 117532 and available balance is zero as per monthly statement showing correctly but net banking are showing available balance is 0.00 mod balance 0.00 lien amount 117532.00...my actual balance is inr 59000 this amount is not able to withdraw i need this amount very urgent what i will do in next step please suggest ... ...

            I have many time complaints at branch.Bankers not respond

            Money transferred from paytm wallet on 05/03/2018.Amount debited on my paytm wallet but not credit in my bank account.5000, 1000 these amounts not credit my account. Paytm has given transferring reference numbers. Plz see it in photo

              Hi Team,
              I had made a huge payment to SBI card from my SBI SB account on March 1st 2018. And till now SBI card team has taken very lightly and not fixed the problem. When enquired with SBI SB home branch they have confirmed about successful payment to SBI card. I had provided all the proof to SBI card and also escalated to nodal officer and they were telling that by 4th April 2018 the issue will be resolved but hopeless nodal officer team also didn't turn back... Now I'm raising this complaint so that I can get justice... Please help

              1.they cut cash handling charge other banks dont why?
              2. account keeping charges they cut 690 why ?
              3. cheque bounce 590 other banks charge 180 or 263 why ?
              it's been difficult to bank with them we are banking with them because in our locality no other bank available other than gramin bank ?

                  I the undersigned SAIDAPPA BHAJANTRI of HUBBALLI city Karnataka state wish to put some following information for seeking justice and relief from SBI CARDS for Customers.
                  I have tried to pay monthly minimum due before due date of my credit card payment for the month March 2018 but I failed to pay before due date due to rejection of payment through SBI card application .And also tried to pay through SBI ATM there also I faced the same problem. Finally I tried to pay through bank where it is chargeable payaing on counter even being SBI card on SBI counter. And I could not pay through cheque due shortage of time which is required minimum 5 days in advance before due date. Over all I failed to pay before due date .And I have already fined Rs 750 + GST 135 for my non payment of due. I am using Credit card since from 15 years. due to belief in timely payment which is being done from many months through SBI card application but this month I failed to pay in time even though amount is available in my account. So is it my fault or fault of SBI application. SBI CARD department is using 3rd party application for payment for their SBI application leaving all responsibility of loss to Customers .Why they are using 3rd party application (helpdesk)for SBI card transactions even though SBI bank is there.
                  I request your kindself to look in to the matter and allow us to pay card dues through SBI ATMs or SBI Bank counters without charge.
                  I hope my request has genuine ness and will be considered which is helpful for card holders who are paying huge amount of interest of 40% for year apart from hefry other charges in the in the name of speedy services of SBI cards for transactions to Customers. Hoping the needful action,

                      I am a customer of SBI BANK. I have a loan account [protected]. In my account the bank charge me 5 times bank charges in the name of ACCOUNT KEEPING CHARGES, CASH HANDLING CHARGES, INSPECTION CHARGES the total of 5602.99 rs.

                        Refund of 2600 rupees was successfully processed on 17 March to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                          SBI bank ALOW any other branches three time money self card self account deposited but customer is two time use and
                          try now customer deposit self card Sbi account money charge RS -59 Why?

                          your SBI bank CDM Machines not working condition, not option cash deposit, last option self SBI Card high charges limited ONLY RS-40000,
                          All of costumes tell me question bank service high charges why is being applied?

                            i am going to sbi ctm ahmedabad branch on 04.04.2018 for opening saving bank account. But in this branch employee asst. Manager manoj kumar singh is said to me first open demate account or another product give to me and after i open saving bank account in this branch. But i request to asst. Manager i have no require any demate account or other product . After this he replied i can not open your saving account without any other product or demate account or insurance. After some discussion he is not open my saving account. In this branch i realy dissapointed.
                            So please sir i request to you please inform this branch customer is very important. No any product give to customer without any permission of customers. No forcefully pressure on customer for another product.Please tell him work only customer requirement. No another excuse to customer.

                                Please be inform that i have a transection on 25th but no any payment received i have tried again but second time also i have no receive my payment. My account credited with twice but i am not receive any payment after that i cont sbi customer care many time but their is no any response from sbi side. Kindly do the needful on top priority.                                 Sir, i have balance of 44 rupees in my account at 3rd april 2018 but LINE AMOUNT is 2000 rupees as of now 4th april 2018 i have credited amount of 100 rupees then balance is 144 rupees then lien amount is 4000 rupees.My account shows nil balance and any transactions are not availed... please solve my problem...

                                What is excess cash deposit charge? last two time when I have deposited money by normal cash deposit in the counter SBI charged Rs. 59/- each time. I can not understand what is this.
                                I have no bank account in sbi.
                                I visited to bank at sbi, Rajendranagar, shahibabad, Delhi.
                                And bank ifsc code:- SBIN0004366

                                For Draft of Rs38, 00Rs
                                But bank manager didn't accept cash.

                                What's the rule please clarify .

                                  I did a money transfer of ₹40000 thru imps on 02/04/18 by onlinesbi. The amount has been debited from my account but wasn't credited to the beneficiary account yet. We do imps because it's immediate, but in my case it has been 2days and still no solution from sbi customer care even after multiple follow up. I spoke to the executives, transferred to floor supervisors and finally to the manager. The worst part is, without any solution or courtesy, he hang up on me.

                                  If your bank can't help or support us in any way, why you charge us fee for everything? My amount of ₹40000 is stuck with your bank, and your team care a damn about their customers. I need an solution immediately coz i'm traveling & the amount is very necessary for me. Hope i get solution atleast here...

                                  Sir I, my ATM card despatch by bank on 23/10/2017 .l search in post office 28 october but service man of post office mistakenly missing the card.Now I face to many problem and fear about this.sir, l want to close my ATM card.so, please solve my problem as early as possible.l hope that you solve my problem.Thank you.

                                    I am nitin from i wish to state here that in my credit card statement dt. 12 march 2018 for my tata credit card no. Ending with xxxx xxxx xxxx 3219, in which there were finance charges of rs. 4, 087.95 and integrated tax on it of rs. 735.83.
                                    Total outstanding for statement date 12 feb 2018 was 89, 112.00 in which there was a debit of rs. 24, 804.00 on dt. 30 jan 2018 paid to max bupa health insurance.
                                    The above debit transaction was reversed by max bupa on 28 feb 2018 and was credited back to my tata card.
                                    After this i called tata cards customer care no. +[protected] on 2 mar 2018 at 12.32 p. M. About clarification on what amount should i pay for the bill dt. 12 feb 2018 which was due on 4 mar 2018. Then tata card representative confirmed me that as rs. 24, 804.00 is reversed transaction from merchant, i only need to pay rs. 89, 112.00 - 24, 804.00 = rs. 64, 308.00.
                                    Hence on dt. 4 mar 2018, i made a credit card payment of rs. 64, 310.00.
                                    I called again about the reversal of charges also sent several mails but no action taken as of now. It seems that they only wish to misguide and wrongly charge the customer.
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Dear i have 4000 in my account then early time i want a withdraw money den account balance show 0 and i don’t hv any loan amount so why account summary show 68329 show in lien amount.sir my account block do quick and run my account.
                                    Term loan a/c no.[protected] from two year intrest rate 13.5% there are many times complaint written and on line emi installment paid properly but the no solution till date see the matter and decrese the rate of intrest and credit 2 years intrest to account
                                    In kalwa sbi branch no one is available to updated my profile password the person who is available is on leave and there is no backup for this service... Branch code 014771.
                                    Even branch manager is helpless what kind of service is this..
                                    I have tried all means that are written in internet to get OTP but failed. I have even visited and waited for 4 hrs, they tried but in vein. Can u help me out. My a/c no. [protected]. Malakpet branch Hyderabad.
                                    I made transactions on YONO app on 20/03/2018 with rs: 10000 reference numbers.

                                      The collection team is continously harrassing me and family even when i have continously told i will make the payment by 10th as i dont have money now. This executive named pavan gowda is been told cleary im in mysore but stil he has gone to my home and shouted at my mother who is 70 years asking for payment. Did she botrow the money. What rights do they have to do this.

                                      I booked a ticket from irctc.. Ticket was not booked saying that transaction was rejected by bank.. But amount of rs. 2291 from my account is deducted.. Kindly refund it as soon as possible.

                                      Rs 10000 was deducted from Ac[protected] by ATM transaction on 17.03.18. which was not succeed at the time of transaction made. But the amount is withdrawn from my salary account I GAVE WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO BRANCH but no one care and not replied. My phone number is[protected]. Please reply.
                                      I have deposited cheque to insurance company Rs. 4358 SBI my cheque dishonor purpose of KYC it is not my fault and SBI have Rs. 590/- cut my account my account no.[protected] i request to you that refund my amount rs. 590/- in my account.

                                      I am kamlesh, , when I go to sbi branch people no link my aadhaar to my acct.my branch in gujrat(diwanpara, manavadar, gujrat) I go in uttarlai 5 fbsu branch, dist.barmer, raj. man is simply answered.now I m in uttarlai.
                                      I was serender my credit card in first week of March but not getting my noc plz issue NOC ASAP registered mobile number is [protected]
                                      I withdraw money from phonepe but its not reaching in my account I request so many time to your bank but they said chargeback form a Dispute Form is not exist what I do with your bank branch your bank branch IFSC code of is SBIN0030391
