I purchased nav's in 2016. Now i want to sell my all nav's but sbimf executive told me that i can't sell out for next one week since last two week he is telling me like that.
On 21st apr i went to him give him application for redeem all nav's, he assured me that money we be transformed within 2-3 day in account but he din't then i again went to him on 25apr and again i gave application but he could'nt. Then i again went to him on 1 may then he told me that i can't sell out for next one week. Because auditing is going on in their firm.

    Dear sir,

    I got a call from cpp assistance service a week before and the person from cpp told me about cpp, but in one way or other he made me to say 'yes" on phone. And he asked me to pay charges for card in installments only. Monthly installment is just rs. 180 something. But on 1 may, 2018, i saw that they have deducted full amount of rs. 1649 from my account without my permission. It is just stealing other's money without permission. I never accepted for making full payment at once. Now i feel that cpp is not necessary for me. So please enable me to cancel cpp on no time, and refund rs. 1649 amount which was stolen from my account by cpp assistance service. Otherwise, i will take this matter to the consumer court.

    Further, i don't know how cpp service got my registered phone number from sbi branch. It is a violation of privacy.

      It was a very disgusting experience having a communication with SBI customer care. I was repeated my call for 10 TIMES, and each of the person I need to explain repeteadly my concern, and the same persons who attended my calls having the same lines, it's like they memorize the lines what they need to answer to the clients . I was very disappointed with the service. It is not useful at all. To think that India isms the center IT, so they must be more advance than we ever think. AND ALSO sorrgvto mention all the person whom I was spoke with doesn't know anything. I really don't know how they are sitting and taking clients concern and just taking for granted. It's really bad experience, for more than an hour guiding me to follows several steps then at last, they just said, THEY CANNOT ABLW TO HELP ME WITH MY QUERIES. Unbelievable!!! NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT. WAKE UP AND TRY TO MAKE YOUR SERVICE EASIER ...NOT MAKE MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS BECOME CRAZIER. IT'S ALRAEDY 2018 YOUR TECHNOLOGY STILL BELONGS TO 1950'S. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE NOT AWARE AND NOT ALERT. SOME OF THEM ARE RUDELY SPEAKING. SBI CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT HEAD, YOU NEED TO DO SOME ACTION IN THIS .           With reference to the subject matter, I would like to draw your attention thru the attached application that, as a customer to your esteemed bank, I am pained with inattentive behaviour shown towards my applications for a request of 2 docs for my home loan A/c No [protected].

          As you will be able to notice that first request application was submitted almost 2 months back i.e. on 3rd February, 2018 but there has been no response on the same till this moment. On following up twice at the Bank (Mahavirnagar, Kandivali West) branch, I only got an ask for another "top-up" application which also was submitted instantaneously i.e. on 17th March, 2018, to meet the requirement but to no-avail. Agony continues!

          I am wondering, whether this is what Best and the Largest Bank is all about? Such a poor service where customer's agony is not even empathised? Herewith I am copying this mail to SBI, Mahavirnagar branch as well to make my complaint legitimate and give them a fair chance to put up their version as well.

          After long and painful wait, I had to resort to write this mail directly to your good offices. I request your good offices to investigate the issue and get me a favourable response at the earliest.

            The employer of sbi are not making my kcc even i had an kcc account from many years but anyhow i managed the loan and repaid and now i have to make another kcc after closing previous one but the kcc employers are making suffering by saying that they will give kcc loan next month ... Its my request that there should be taken serious action so that common farmers would not have to suffer ...and also they are troubling to remove mortgage in tehsil of previous kcc

              This is the branch of sbi barwaha (M. P.) dist. Khargone (451115). The queue is increasing by time.. There is only one counter open at a time. Another is closed from 3 days. People are facing many problems. They have to stand 4-5 hours for their work. The manager is saying that he has no workers, then why he has given a position of a manager.. What the hell they are doing. On what basis they are recruiting the person's and offering money. This is bloody # in india. Even there is money in the atms. My urgent request is that they should do some proper arrangement at the earliest.

                  I got a call stating from sbi credit card and told me to pay the bill and they told me all my details everything as bank people say but they r fraud people they deducted my amount of 8675 and it’s showing from popae enterprises. There are hell lot of complaints on that company but no one is daring to take action and they are everyday doing fraud to many people plz save the money of the people from frauds and plz get back my money i got a call from this number [protected] and her name is sona the number is actively working and it s a delhi number plz trace it

                  I have opened an SBI account in PANCHUR BRANCH on 10th April and i have deposits an amount of Rs. 3000/- and when i check the balance after few days it's shows me that Rs. 1300/- has deducted . Now when i visit branch for the same they told me that i had purchased an health insurance, whether they have not inform me when i open the account .
                  Ac.no..no.[protected]. Amount deducted in FY 2017-18 towards tax not featured in 26AS of Income tax. Also not featured in three bank pass book. Kindly arrange to feature the deducted amount in 26AS and also printing of the amount in passbook.
                  I have a sbi account of other state i.e., jharkhand and now I m studying in other state i.e., orissa how can I update my phone no. or mobile no. here as I don't have my book information I only know my card details and account number?????

                    You received a payment on 16 april but you did not credit this payment to my account. If you are a lazy guy & can not do the job like other bank then kindly quiet your job. I send you fema declaration and invoice with signature several times. Why don't you check your email and phone. I am trying to call you from several days but no one pick up the phone. If you have the guts then pick up your phone!!!

                      On[protected] i have received a call from mobile number ([protected]). He told me to redeem my reward point from my credit card. After that i got a otp sms and my rs. 8005.00 was deducted from my credit card. (This fraud happened at 1:37 pm today 28th-april-2018). This guy know all the information about my credit card and told me about my last transaction details as well. I think someone within sbi bank employee is also involved in this fraud as i have never shared about my last transaction details with anyone..

                      But unfortunately the same has not yet been reversed.

                            Hi, i am using sbi credit card, last 6 to 8 months. Sbi send me a wrong card statement in which name on my card and card no is wrong. They forced me to payment for wrong card statement which is not mine. I am complaint to them last 6 to 8 months but still not resolved and not giving me response. But they send me statement every month wrong and applying late fee charge also.
                            Please help me to rectify it. I send mails and call them lots of time, but every time they make fake solution.

                            Please do needful urgent. I have all written mail also.

                              I am a defence service employee and my employer afcao credited my salary on 26 april to my account no[protected]to ensure that we are able to meet our expenses during the weekend as it happened to be a long weekend from 28 april 2018 to 30 april 2018. However my bank has cleverly not credited the amount to my account till date. This unprofessional and in customer friendly approach has caused a lot of inconvenience to me as i have not been able to book my holiday tickets which will now be more expensive.. I ve not only lost 05 days interest in my account ive also been subjected to lot o[censored]ncertainity and anxiety by the bank.. I would request you to credit my salary with 05 days of interest.

                                    Hello Sir,

                                    On 22nd April 2018, totally 7 transactions had done through my debit card without my involvement. As soon as I got the message of transactions, I reached nearest ATM and took a mini statement. As per the mini statement, the transactions are done by debit card OTHPG[protected]GOOGLE *Moonfrog Labs g.co/helpp. As it was done on Sunday, the next day I had filed a complaint with SBI bank and Police Station. Also, I had blocked my ATM card. But, I didn't get any response. Then, I complained to Google Support Team and mentioned the transactions details on 29th April 2018. After that, on 30th April 2018, I got a message from Google Support Team stating that...We've looked into the information you've provided, but were unable to locate the charges you've reported. Since these charges aren't in your account, it's possible that someone has gained access to your payment information and used it on Google Play.

                                    Could a friend or family have access to your payment details and made these purchases? Or maybe you have a different Google account you want me to check?
                                    Is this a proper responsibility given by Google Support Team saying as it is out of their checking process. So, I demand SBI and Google Support Team to take proper action and refund my money as early as possible. Also, I kindly request everyone to raise your voice against this kind of fraud transactions done by best-renowned Organizations.

                                      Hello,

                                      Our account is with Rajajinagar 2nd Block, There are few unknown transaction happening from couple of months.

                                      We are not getting any OTP nor the Money transaction SMS.

                                      There is a transaction with Phone Pe of INR 10, 000.00 on 16 April 2018, but there was no OTP & there was no transaction SMS.

                                      And also on 14 April 2018 other 2 transaction which is of INR 7699 & INR 2699.

                                      We do not have any information of these transaction.

                                      We are not updated with these transaction at all.

                                      I have been enrolled for the sms banking but not getting any transaction sms.

                                      Similar there are many instances.
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        SBI charged me 59 rupees of 4th cash deposit at home branch, without giving information regarding this change.
                                        i am not aware regarding this charges, so after charged i could know, what is the rubbish system first charging and then informing to customers. please wake all cosumer and tell SBI to refuse the system of impose charge cleverly without personal information or notice.
