While opening bank account they have forced me to take insurance, then only they will create a bank account for myself and my mother. Later i accepted and i have taken insurance for 1yr and opened account. Then they have deducted 1300rs from my account and 1000rs from my mom account for the first year. Later they have deducted amount for the 2nd year as well without any intimation. I have raised so many complaints to cancel insurance and refund the amount. Then they advised to give a manual letter and get signed from the manager. I have written the concern and submitted to the bank. They said it will be cancelled and the amount will get refund. But now again for the 3rd year they have deducted the amount and now they are not giving refund as well. Please find the complaint numbers below:

    On 3rd jan credit card payment of 15671 was made by mistake on a expired card. All the required information/documents were provided but till date the amount is not refunded.
    Countless followup's were made but till date, but the issue is not resolved.

      Hi,

      This is jagdeep singh, i have been reaching out to sbi credit card customer care to help me get the full and final settlement to be done on my card, net of any penalties or late fees two months back and i had received no response from them rather received a legal notice from them at my previous landlord's place where i am not staying any more. These guys are harassing them and treating me a financial crime fraudster which i am not.

      Since, i am out of country, and trying to pay my credit card bills was not that easy as i was out of job for almost a year.

      Now when i have a job want to get a full and final settlement done on my card, i agree to pay them any amount which is net of penalties. Could you please help?

      I called them today once again on may 31st, 2018 requesting them to confirm the status and they said that it has been rejected.

        I had made a withdrawal transaction of rs.2000/- on 30th may 2018, at 5.28pm, at hdfc bank atm which is placed at gokavaram bustand rajahmundry, but i did not get any money but i had to see a message on the atm machine saying that transaction time out, but i got a response to my mobile saying, transaction was successful and amount has been debited from my account.
        Kindly look into the issue, please find the below details.

          It is very shocking to see that debit transfer to [protected] investment intermedia. Nearly rs 36690 got debited. Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedia, i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. Unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

          New atm issue by 3 month ago state bank, but not strat after 3 month there staff not given satisfaction to customers every time talking new mobile no from fill up but I m this form fill and given many time but not slow this problem so why u given atm card
          I am a sbi customer and account holder.i have withdrawn RS.10000 from Kotak Mahindra ATM at Surat station. Rs10000 deducted from my account but not received from ATM.

            Respect sir...

            I have my account at sbi mundwa branch pune. Branch code 12927 and my ac no is [protected]. I got redund of my rs 20000 /- after 9 months.. I. E. I had done my atm transaction on 5th july 2017 and i got my refund on 23rd march 2018. I. E. More than 9 months...in this span of time i had done multiple follow-ups with the sbi bank officials, managers and staff of both the banks at pune and aurangabad branchs. For this i had travelled from one city to other almost 30 to 35 times to get my hard earned money back... Plus i didn't got zero support from the customer care cell. While doing all these follow-ups with the sbi team i had wasted my money in travelling and my time... Due to short of money on time i had to cancel my kids school admission and now i have to pay a 30 thousand rupees extra as donation for the same admission. Sir i had gone through a mental harrasment just to get my own money back, and i am still in the same state of mind. Sbi had not justice with a senior customer like me. I had been always listen to news sbi's unprofessional banking system and their problem with atm, but today i am the victim of the same undisciplined organization called sbi. I am now mentally prepared to claim all the above mentioned loses i had gone through along with the late payment done by sbi.

            As per the rbi resulotion sbi must pay me rs 100 per day for the total number of days delayed by their negligency. Need your support...

            The total of rs 2.5 lacs is the amount sbi must pay me at earliest.

On 23.05.2018 i found that my account was debited with rs.2000/- (Debit-swoo [protected] 19-may[protected] 09146539 — ). I had not done any transactions on that day and i do not know what swoo is about. Request you to kindly look into this matter and help refund the debited amount.

              I was trying to withdraw cash from atm, money was deducted by bank from my account but I did not get cash. Sbi customer care people were simply sting that money was already reversed into my account .but still I did not get credited in my account .
              From my account state bank of india was debited 757 rs unwantedly without information bull [censored] the service of sbi.and throughout guntur 1 town all atms was closed no cash in atm when we withdraw some amount from another atm they charge what is this .this kind of service is very bad

                Sir, yesterday i. E., 29.05.2018 at 20:38 i went to seemapuri, new delhi a branch of sbi (Branch code 04839) to deposit money through cdma machine installed there in my a/c no [protected] with them a sum of rs.39000/-after prelimnary formalities i placed rs39000/ in the cash deposit box and press enter button after counting machine told to remove some notes which are 9 notes of rs 2000/ amounting to rs 18000/- instead of pressing add more cash option i press accept button resultantly rs 21000/ - credited in my account. I again enter my card and pin at 20:38:45 and complete all instruction came on the screen of cdma and place rs 18000/- in the deposit box and press enter after counting machine accept one note and instruct to remove remaining cash i remove the cash and after correcting them i again placed 8 notes of 2000/- and press enter machine start counting and after few minute its reported that last transaction is declined and a slip came out at 20:40:37 reporting retractedinfo and dnm cnt 2000 and instruct me to ciontact bm of branch.
                I request your kind self to please credit my a/c [protected] yasshindra bhardwaj by rs 18000/- of the transaction declined and notes gone in the machine.

                What is the cheque bouncing charge of sbi? when a cheque bounce at the time bank charge one particular amout, and the financing company charge another amount for the same. I need clarity about this matter.

                  I have been offered sbi platinum cc and after the 1st bill payment i got a call from [protected], stating that they are from sbi dept, having all my 16 digit card no, dob, my 1st bill payment amount & dt for payment, my billing address n so on. They said that my 3000 gift voucher which i was about to get with this card would be dispatched for that they need my approval. Through this i was robbed 47000, i blcoked my card within 1 hr, and vey next day i visited sbi cc main office and cyber crime office with all the proofs and details. I even send emails, tweeted, sent hard copies to the main branch in haryana, completed all the legal procedures.in spite of all the proofs, sbi is claiming the fraud amount from me. My request was not accepted and they denied to help me out. If is is my mistake then ho w did they know all my personal info. On top of that when i contacted customer care executive, he said that our (Sbi) data base was hacked so it is not our (Sbi) fault. Please contact sbi branch.

                  No one is ready to take the call nor help me out from all the mess. This is adversely affected my cibil score and now i am been sent to the defaulter list. Till date i have never ever failed to pay my installments or dues, but due to this fraud, i am getting harassment calls from sbi.

                  Try to resolve my issue, its has been nearly a year and still no satisfactory resolution from your end.

                  today i go bank ( p.road 01151) for cass deposite but in the bank only three person work no other person is presence .no of customer is increase but only one person lalit jee deposite cass and his computer is not working .so deposite
                  time is increase .its problem comes many time

                    Call from an unknown person in an unregistered mobile 📱 of mine claiming himself a manager asked me to share my card 💳 no and valid date. If not shared then my card will be blocked. I did not shared the last four digit of my 💳 no. When not shared he became aggressive and started using abusive words. His number is [protected]. Please take appropriate action against an individual and please don't block my 🏧 card. Thank you

                      Dear sir / madam,

                      I utpal thapa holding sbi credit card no[protected] from 2013 & you can see my past transection, in month of july 2014 i have come to know that i have cancer & i resign my job for medical treatment & i have done operation on 8th august 2014 then radiation in this period i have not able to maintain my account, sir for your kind knowledge i have one more hdfc card with 100000 limit, mortgage loan with emi of 12550/- union bank (Please you can check if required) & that period on personal loan of rs 100000/- emi 2661/- from hdfc bank. I was paying my emi without fail till today.

                      Sir i have received call from hdfc bank and they offer me for settlement, sir i personally approach sbi people for the same but from sbi executives have taken 9 months to give me a settlement amount, in between i have clear my hdfc card settlement of six months. Sir then i have received call from sbi for settlement & they give me amount 7000/- pay in five installment, i request that gentlemen mr. Ashish that this amount is very high i will not able to pay please do reasonable. He offer me same 6000/- *5 & 5000/*1 in six installments i agree & he send one of the executive to my house to collect the cheque he gave receipt. Sir i have received call from mumbai office to please whatsapp the atm min balance slip because it takes time to update i have regularly sending massage every month.

                      Sir i have completing my all the installments i wait for two months then i reach sbi cards office ahmedabad for my noc that time a gentlemen told me there is outstanding i told him regarding all the payment i have done he send me to other cabin to mr sharad mathur talk to me for some time then he call mr. Shakti singh and he advise me that he will call me then i have to pay only rs 97/- & i will get noc sir i told him to i am ready to pay just now but he refuse & then i have not received any call from him. After a week i again visit to sbi card office & meet mr shkti singh i wait for him 1.5 hours then he came & told me that i will receive call from head office after that i have contact to mr shard mehta, ms poonam but there is no action taken, after few months mr mathur told me to do resettlement at the rs 10000/- (Sir i have complete hdfc card payment by same procedure & after two months i visit to their office for noc they have given me within 10 minutes.) sir, why should i do resettlement for false outstanding when i sacrifices lot & paid the entire settlement amount.

                      Sir after few weeks they started harassing me & threatening me that they will send legal notice, after this they started sending people to my house to collect money then i have come to know that my cibil score is less due to sbi cards. I personally request you to please check my all the other bank loan account payment detail, you will not find a single error. (Union bank, hdfc bank, hero fin corp).
                      Sir i request you to please check this matter if you found any kind of mistake from my side please feel free & make me understand my mistake otherwise obliged me by issuing noc & withdraw my name from cibl.

                        A refund of 1017.75 was processed successfully processed by amazon but by your bank it was not processed plz take care of this sir i called many times to the state bank coustmer care but my problem is not resolved sir plz check it and take care of it sir trasist account number is [protected] so plz resolve it amazone tales that he had refund it its refrence number is 265975.

                          On 29th of april a transaction was made and an amount of rs.3646.95 was deducted from my sbi savings account. This transaction was made without my permission. I received a message which stated as follows:
                          Thank you for using your sbi debit card 463xx3291 for a purchase worth rs 3646.95 on pos [protected] at google *colopl txn#[protected]. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]. I have checked with google if there was any purchase from my google account, but didn't find any purchase in my order history. I want to get the money refunded as the transaction was not made by me. I was baffled to realize as the transaction happened without following formal procedures which seeks otp/pin.

                            I was booking my railway tickets vide irtc site on 26.5.2018 but my booking failed an amount of rs.1021.24 is deducted from my sbi saving account no. [protected] on 26.5.18, while booking i used sbi debit card bearing no. [protected] in name of maria malar moneyis deducter under ref no.[protected]

                              Myself kamalesh misheard holding sbi credit card (Xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1203) and using it over last 02 months. I have received telephone call on 09th may 2018 on my mobile no. [protected] on behalf of sbi offering discount card along with some gifts. The lady on phone introduced herself as shivangi (Contacted no.:- [protected]) from sbi and provided my card details like my name and account details etc. As i received sbi calls from random numbers i assume this was the genuine call as she provided my correct details. She offered the discount card with few gifts costing 8353/- which was suppose to be adjusted with my reward points and i did not have to pay. After some time i have received the otp password on my mobile and i have also received the call asking the otp password to process my card request. As person told me he has generated the otp password for my account and it is required to process the card request with verification. Hence i have provided the same. After that i got the sms from sbi mentioning the transaction of 8353/- made on my account. Hence i called the lady once again and she told me that amount shown on my account need not to be pay as it will be adjusted against my reward points. After few days when i did not received the so called card, i contacted sbi customer care. They told me it was fraud call and they do not offer any discount card. Hence i told them to block my card immediately. They requested me to fill online dispute form and email to [protected]@sbi.com which i have sent on 30th may 2018 since i did not received any reply. Kindly note that so far i have made all my payments which i have used on my sbi credit card before the due dates. But the above made transaction of 8353/- is not done by me and it is clear fraud transaction which was done online without my consent. I wanted to know how the person outside of sbi has generated otp password for my account and also wanted to know how my personal card information is leak from sbi which was available to the person who is not from sbi. Sbi customer care is forcing me to make this payment and also charging the late fees without giving any investigation details. It is very bad experience and response with sbi customer care who are least bother to investigate this matter even after i declared that the mentioned disputed amount is not used by me. Since this is clear online fraud transaction, i want sbi cards to reverse disputed amount on my account. Dt:23/10/17 total fraud amount 1576.64 (Sbi credit card complaint ref:[protected]. As on today 203 days left. No response from reliance fresh[protected] bill no:56, tax invoice 2165********9376) and sbi credit card Departments.
                                Above amount paid through RBL credit card.5369********2340 Named on MADDULA V V S SRINIVAS.
                                The above amounts paid through 2times with sbi card and 1time paid with RBL card, unfortunately sbi card transactions are failed and we notice to SBI and reliance frequently, Always they are saying we are under investigating issue, and an single issue reference numbers also changing, but no use from sbi credit card team and reliance fresh team also.TWO HUNDRED AND THREE DAYS WERE LEFT.
                                I had struggled from last 203 days both party's are not supporting. I had already paid above amounts to SBI credit card, i had lossed interest and my valuable time, patience and self respect. For those above mentioned pains i would like to claim through consumer forum help, please kindly do me needful.

                                  On 27-may-2018, i've withdrawn rs.5, 000/- from sbi atm at radhe govind complex, waghodia road, vadodara gujarat. I've received only rs.4, 500/- & machine wasn't working properly so 1 note of rs.500/- taken back / went back to machine. I've complained on toll free number[protected] & gave all the details. As per officer on telephone line, i was suppose to receive a complaint number but since last 2 days, there is not a single message about it & even refund of this short payment isn't also credited to my sb account number [protected].

                                  Requesting you to resolve the same & credit the amount to my sb account.
                                  State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of rs. 354+354+118 = rs 826/- has been deducted from my account for updating my passbook. Since no charges are made when we update our book in passbook printing machine.

                                    I need an clarification why the deduction is made.

                                      I, jagdish, am totally upset with the response of sbi bank. They have put huge interest on my credit card. I hardly used the card to put up so much of burden of interest. I had used just rs.7, 127/- since day1. And now the total amount i need to pay is rs. 20, 227/-. Like what is this??. I visited the bank continuously for 4-5 days but the response is poor. They aren't even ready for any settlement! Not even informing me where and how to do it. Everyday i receive calls from the call centres, they speak in such an offensive manner. What language do they use. Disgusting. There's no one to even meet you personally.. Communication level zero.
                                      I request one and all not to use sbi credit card.
