I was promised by your sales executive of Sulekha that i can take my refund without any deduction in 30 days and after 30 days with 25% deduction of remaining amount but now i am getting calls from your end that i am not eligible for refund after 30 days but this is not fair . I was promised by your company employee that anytime i can apply for refund and even last week i got call from your company that just drop a mail on this mail id if you need refund
One side your sales persons saying you may apply refund any time and on other side Care centre team is denied my refund request

In last i need my money refund as soon as possible, otherwise i will take my legal actions and publish this fraud of your company in social media for sure so do not make it complex and give my refund and improve your sales person training

Please remove my account I got calls msgs continuously it's very irritating my number is [protected]

I'm took the package from suleka lead services. But no one lead is converting. They are sending all closed or rejected leads from other packages.

I want to delete my business listing but not able to do so. I have put some wrong information there.

I recently logged in from my mail id to your website
after that lots of companys are calling me and message stop it right now i am very frustrated

I had requested for the deletion of my account on the sulekha company's website. Even after receiving a confirmation of deletion, i still receive unsolicited phone calls from unknown companies and consultancies saying that they are calling me as i am a registered client under sulekha and that they would like to provide me with unasked for consultation.
This issue has been a nuisance since 11months.
They are keen on pestering me and giving me unsolicited offers. It certainly seems unethical on the part of the company to provide the former client's contact information to any random company and is a complete breach of privacy.
It's a kind request to you to look into this matter.

I consulted an astrologer dr. Karan sharma through sulekha he is a big hypocrite. He promised me that he will do my work in 72 hours but he was fooling around to make money. If he wanted to simply make money then do better work and stop fooling people and playing with their emotions.

He claimed to be the top astrologer but when asked his profile he didn’t like it.in viewers eyes he is a hypocrite. Please accept my compliant against him since he took money from me and didn’t do my work. I advise to sulekha, please register only genuine people on your sites.

I could have easily given more money if he would have genuinely done my job.

I request you to delete my contact number at asap. Please do it fast. Thank you

We got good review listing and ranking through sulekha for above company to shift my household n car from pune to gurgaon. After positive review listing n good ranking we booked our household n car through southern movers n packers. We booked 20 feet packed container with them but lot of items damaged due to poor packing and handling. More surprising and disturbing that they forget to load our dining table base and given excuse that there was no place left in container so dining base is coming through courier and till after 25 days we have not received and transporter guys stopped to pick our call n SMS. We are going to take legal action on southern movers n packers

I just mistakenly created an account in sulekha where i just came to check the wardrobes, cupboards and bureaus prices and models. Now i'am getting some unwanted calls and many and sms from furniture and they have been disturbing me a lot, frequently my phone ringing...

I am kailash. I have requested the tech support of sulekha.com and in fact called them several times to delete the review i have posted on https://www.sulekha.com/mohammed-aqeel-khan-langar-houz-hyderabad-contact-addres...⇄ on aug 29, 2020. Every time customr care just tells me that their backend team will call me back but the callback never came.

They never got back to me about my request. They should have some feature for the user to edit or delete the review but there is nothing like that available for the user.

The issue has been taken care of so i want to delete the review.

Cheated me by falsely claiming of providing every day genuine health insurance leads to support my business but 50 days completed no single genuine leads & i feel cheated as i paid approx 250 for each lead & total 40 leads total 9676/- neft on 11 july & these cheaters had sent 5 — 6 leads who needed job or bymistake clicked sulekha.com & such ref sent to me as leads, so refund my money

Because of the verified account by sulekha.com, we booked vrl movers and packers but that person is fraud. He is running a fake company with same name vrl movers and packers.. Below is the link

Yet you guys have verified his company. You must check before verifying these kinds of frauds.

Dear Sulekha,

I had used your services for Packers and Movers. I had booked a vendor who is registered and verified by you by company name 'Laxmi Packers and Movers'.

While with the first interaction with the owner, he seemed to be fine and a decent guy. Therefore I agreed to take his services for shifting my house on 14 August for which I paid INR 500 in advance as token money.

Just one day before 14 August, he called and said that he would be unable to arrange for a truck on 14 Aug. So I was forced to look out for someone else as I had to shift on that day only.

I asked him to refund my token amount as the owner was unable to provide me services to which he agreed. But after following up with him several times and later no response, I am unable to get the token amount back!

You need to help me out here as I have been struggling to get my money back as the owner is not responding at all!

Please find the screenshots attached for your reference. I am even attaching the proof of payment!

I am surprised that the business is verified by you and there is no where we can raise a complaint on your portal to get the issue resolved.

Either you delete his listing as I don't want other to suffer and loose money like this!
