    2 months ago I contacted "suman Refrigeration enterprises" for repairing my window AC.

    But after 2 months it's not working properly and shows no sign of cooling.

    For claiming my under warranty service of 3 months I contacted "mr Pandey" but no reply form their.

    Pls repair it as soon as possible because it's still under your 3 months warranty period clause.

      मेरा multivision electronics के नाम से सर्विस प्रोव्हायडर का काम है मैने सुलेखा लीड खरीदने के लिये कॉन्ट्रॅक्ट किया था. लेकिन मुझे प्रोपर्ली लीड प्रोव्हाइड नही हुई, इसके बारे मे मैने सर्विस एक्झिक्यूटिव्ह बात की लेकिन किसी ने प्रोपर्ली काम किया नही मैंने इसके बारे में कही बार ईमेल भी किये, लेकिन कुछ फायदा हुआ नही मेरे तीन बारके पैसे फालतू मे गये. जिनोने कॉन्ट्रॅक्ट किया था फोन नही उठा रहे. ऐसी सर्विस खराब सर्विस सुलेखा की है. मेरा शॉप नागपूर में मल्टी व्हिजन इलेक्ट्रॉनिक के नाम से है

          We booked and got ac service on may 4th 2020. The problem before service was low cooling and ac getting off every 10-30 minutes once. After servicing hardly one month we have nothing problem in it, but after one month we having the same problem what we had before servicing. Very poor experience we spent around 4000rs but the problem remaining same. Servicing person not checked properly without checking and filling the ac pipe hole he filled the gas. Four days after servicing our neighbors said that if we have not find and filled any hole on ac pipe the problem will remain same. Immediately i called the serviced person his name is ramesh he said, dont believe any one if you have any problem this is my number u can call me. After one month on july i have the same problem i called that person his number is not in use. Please take any action about this i spent my hard earned money before 3 months only but the problem remaining same. Pls do immediate action

            Hi myself debasisa prusty.

            I have availed the fridge repair service. The person name he said is hussain and his contact number is: [protected]. He said the defrost timer need to be replaced for my videocon refrigerator. He said the part name is motherboard i could not understand what is motherboard of refrigerator. The part which he replaced and charged me rs 2100 /- and i enquired from outside repair shop its called defrost timer and the actual price should be rs 500 not 2100/-. I asked husain to refund the remain money immediately he is denying to refund the money. I have no choice i will have to complain at consumer court.

              Complaint : Dear Sir, I am senior citizen, retired official from GST department and start doing practice as an advocate with able guidance of my two senior most lawyers.As i want to engage myself more busy, i have registered with your Chennai egmore office by paying Rs11, 800/- with the hope you will provide better service to me and continue our relationship foe ever and to bring my friends also in your service net. But, I am very sorry to inform that i had only bitter experience with your offciers especially one Mr. Saravanan, of your egmore, Chennai office, his mobile no [protected], who helped me for the registration in your office and acting as PRO he never responded properly not given any feedback, not at all redressed my grievances. First of all, I have not registered for divorce cases, but received so many family matters cases, however the the amount has been deducted for this leads also, more over in majority cases not so seriously leads are given wasting my precious time and money. One typical example one HARI PREETHA has been referred as consumer protection when i spoken to the said person she is doing B.L course, she only wants internship training only.More over one Dilip Kumar they have given as lead inspite of my repeated attempts he never responded, immediately, i have my position as feed back and sought for replacement, and i have taken up the matter to the so called PRO Mr. Saravanan twice in this matter he has not done anything for giving just a replacement but unfortunately nobody taken any steps to redress my grievances even after collecting heavy amount of Rs.11800/ a But not at all giving proper leads after verifying the real needs of the customers and zeroing down based on their genuineness, but without doing proper verification simply forwarding the leads creates hardship and because of these my hard money has been deducted in addition wasting my precious time and energy causing unnecessary mental agony because of yours poor and totally inefficiency and deficiency of service which itself warranted to initiate legal action against you in consumer forum. However, I hope still you will correct your mistakes and lapses to avoid possible legal action and will provide better service to keep our relationship in a healthy manner so as both o[censored]s will be benefited by bringing more of my friends in to your organisation rather than fighting with each other in different legal forum. I WANT TILL DATE AS ON 16-05-19, HOW MUCH AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AGAINST WHICH LEADS AND WHAT HAPPENED MY COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE REPLACEMENTS ETC ALONG WITH THE REASONS FOR NOT READDRESS OF MY GRIEVANCES MAY ALSO BE GIVEN. In addition, I wish to inform you, that you not given suitable instructions regarding the procedure to be adopted in following the procedures laid down in GST, as i have paid Rs.11, 800/- Rs.10000/- towards your service charges and Rs1800/- towards GST payments the so called invoice you given for me lacks the basic needs under GST INVOICES, it lacks GSTN REGISTRATION NUMBER, LACKS SERIAL NUMBER OF THE F, Y, NOT SPLITTING UP OF FIGURE BETWEEN CGST AND SCGST. Which is total violation of GST procedures it may lead to raid, seizure and imposition of heavy penalty and litigation may leads so many years.                     I have refill the gas in window ac on 18 june, 2020 by the person name is prem chand through sulekha.com. And the machanic given 3 months gas refill garantee.

                    But he is very illiterate and unprofessional mechanic after 25 days the ac is giving again the gas problem. I have contacted him but he told not able to come and will come after 10 days but he is visit till now last month he is committed will pay the amount next day.

                    But till not i have not received the amount and he is not replying back.

                      The geaser from sulekha came and collected the geaser saying service needs to be done... After one day he installed it back but told us not to on the geaser for one day and took rs. 3, 100 and went.. He told he will send the bill but i have not received the bill yet and when we turned on the geaser after 1 day it has the same issue as earlier, its not working... Its 10 days they blocked the number now.. Can you please assist us in getting the money back.. He cheated our money... The technician name is rajesh.
                      I hav attached the details of service provider below.. Even they blocked when i raised the issue to them

                              My advertisement package started on 29/06/2020 but due to a non-refund of waste leads. I communicated to the deputy manager to close the advertisement and refund the remaining amount as they mention in the previous conversation and called ankit chavda to close my campaign.

                              Lots of follow up taken from my side but they aren't able to close it. Moreover, i told mr. Ankit to pause the campaign but still, campaign was on.

                              Now my 15500 rs amount reduces to zero in the campaign and all officer of sulekha not responding properly (Screenshot are attached)

                                One carten is missing. That carten is the costliest among the whole luggage. If we didn't get it back, it will be a loss of around 55k-60k.

                                  Hired AC Technician from Sulekha. They did the Service and next day my AC stopped working. Now when am calling sulekha they are not coming nor answering the call to fix the AC.

                                      I enquired about labour in delhi
                                      I got a call from one of the agents who recieved enquiry from your site

                                      This is his number
                                      I payed him 3000 for 5 people for train tickets

                                      In the morning i got called again they asked 5000 for e pass and all which i transfer and i do i regret this
                                      They said no atm working they were basically are cheats
                                      Its your responsibility to provide numbers to some genuine people we trust sulekha that's why i paid as i believed you have done your part about the people you provide number
                                      I will definitely going to sue you guys too as you have provided number to wrong people
