I recharged, sun direct smart card no. [protected] and registered mobile number [protected] on 08.10.2018 for rs. 250. The payment process was complete after entering otp and the money has been debited from my account. The citrus reference number is pa/[protected]/[protected]. But i received a dialogue box saying your payment not complete, then i did the same payment procedure and again 250 has been debited with citrus ref, ni. Pa/[protected]/[protected].
Totally rs. 500 is debited from my account and the same is not reflected in the above smart card number. Was this information helpful? |
