My loan was top up in month Jan 2021 with lot of mistakes, muy loan tenure was reduce from 5 years to 3 years and approved 11% ROI increase without any notification to 11.25%, now ICICI bank ask to do balance transfer by closing existing account with new loan processing and they ask me to again pay processing fees for there own mistakes Was this information helpful? |
