My loan was top up in month Jan 2021 with lot of mistakes, muy loan tenure was reduce from 5 years to 3 years and approved 11% ROI increase without any notification to 11.25%, now ICICI bank ask to do balance transfer by closing existing account with new loan processing and they ask me to again pay processing fees for there own mistakes...

Today my trip for cycle no 102668 got started but i have been facing issues in unlocking the cycle. Neither it was getting locked nor the trip is ending.

The cycle is still locked and the trip is still on. I don’t know what should be done now.
Kindly help me out as i am not able to stop the trip too.
