We have ordered lunch (Order No.#[protected]) on 19th Feb, 13:30 Hrs from Udipi Gardenia through swiggy app in Bnaglore. We are returning after my Mother's funeral. The total cost paid was Rs. 761. The delivery boy named Tapendra Rawal was assigned. Our train reach KR Puram and we got down including my son (10 yrs) looking for food, then I called the delivery boy, he said some traffic on his way hence delayed, said he will reach in 8 mins, but even after 30 mins he didn't reach, then I have called him again[protected], [protected], then after a long ring he said some accident on his route and disconnected the call. Then I contacted the swiggy customer care ([protected]), but the staff told, she will do the needful, but no reply or call from her till 14:30 and after so much drama, I received a message at 14:07 Hrs that my order was cancelled with a refund Rs.0.
Please do the needful in returning my money.
I have all the photos for evidence which I will share with in any public forum.
