I placed an order on 16 june 2022 and the products got delivered to me on 24 june 2022 ..
I ordered
1.Naked & Raw Espresso Coffee Face Scrub
2.Chamomile And White Tea Brighten-Up Face Scrub
3.Romance Beauty Mist
4. Naked & Raw Coffee Face Mask
5. Royal Musk EDP
6. Strawberry Addiction Lip Care Combo
But they gave me wrong products.. while opening i saw there was so many useless products those which i didn't even order .. maximum products were damaged ..the lipbalm i got didn't have a upper covering..the lipbalm spread all over the box and all other products were so sticky to touch .. they game me something different products which were already used ..as soon as i received this order i raised a complain in smytten app but they didn't respond... instead the app showing query has been resolved..but till now i didn't get any real products that i ordered or any refund..they even don't listen customers complaint..i am so frustrated... please help me to get my actual order or refund.
