I'd placed an order on symtten app on 1st of November which was supposed to be delivered on 6th of November which continuously got delayed to 13 of November. On 13th Nov I got a message that the parcel will be delivered today but I never got the parcel and none of the delivery service contacted me. While on the app it says delivered. The order was prepaid and the customer service is too useless to respond. I've written multiple mails to the customer support but of no use. Was this information helpful? |
