I have subscribed 3 Months Prime Gold package for my sister (M8646354). My point of contact person is Ms.Dharani from TamilMatrimony. Before I bought the subscription, Ms. Dharani’s Manager promised/convinced me that they will provide AstroMatch feature for this payment to match horoscope of 150 during the 3 Months of period.
“It will be activated to your account in a day and if you pay directly from website/Mobile App, then this feature will not applicable for you”, the manager said. This is the main reason for me to do the payment.
When I tried to check Astromatch, it didn’t worked and I have checked with my POC on 07-Dec-2021 regarding this issue and She said that it will be activated in 2 days. But again it is not working.
Again I checked with my POC on 09-Dec-2021, and the manager said that it will be activated in one day. Still it is not.
Before I subscribe, I used to receive lot and lots of calls from TamilMatrimony. But now I am facing an issue and no one from your team is ready to resolve it. Is your support will happen, only during or before payment?
As a customer, how can I prefer/refer TamilMatrimony?
I am feeling that I’m scammed and this is not fair. Are Manager/POC allowed to give any FALSE PROMISED to make user to subscribe?
I have created sent an email to helpdesk of TamilMatrimony and a ticket is created against it. They mentioned as it will be resolved in a day. But, as I expected, they didn't contacted me.
Rules/Punishment have to strictly made against these scams.
I am trying to reach someone to take actions against this SCAM.
