[Resolved] Tamil Matrimony — wrong combo pack activated to me instead of what I asked

Laast month end viz., july i registered for my son, since then there numerous calls from retail for making payment n becoming paid member. Accordingly on 1st aug there was a call from retail and i said i need tamilmatrimiony & iyermatrimony combo with offer. The representative asked me to go for sixmonth pack instead of three months pack which is economical. As per his advice i paid rs.8900 immediately online before making payment i was assured that tamilmatrimony & iyermatrimony combo will be activated as paid member. To my surprise i got a receipt for my payment as tamilmatrimony & brahmin matrimony combo has been activated. Immediately i called the same representative and said the mistake he said there is some technical issue n soon will correct. Since then ie., 1st august 2019 i continously contacting the same represemntative for which i was given an answer that it will be done. From 6th august he is not at all attending the phone. Till now i write this compalaint it has not been corrected. This is the sate of tamilmatrimony. The representative does not even have courtesy to attend the call. Because i have paid the amount and he is getting the commission on it he simply vanished from the scene. Very very worst service of tamilmatrimony. I advise all pls be cautious while making payment.
