In Chennai Ambattur area(Pattaravakkam), the Tamilnadu Electricity Board carry out unauthorised power cut daily after 12'o clock at midnight to morning 3'o clock.It has been very difficult for us to sleep .This has become a routine for the local TNEB staffs and the reason is unknown.and not getting any proper response from the electricity board.Complaints to their offices were never heard...

DELAY OF EB WORK

A TRANSFORMER WORK HAD BEEN STARTED NEAR TG NAGAR SUBWAY (NEAR100'' INNER RING ROAD) IN 35TH STREET,TG NAGAR.THEY LAID THE POST AND CLAMPS FOR THE TRANSFORMER AND THE WORK IS STOPPED AFTER TAHT NO WORK IS GOING ON THEY DONT SEEM TO HAVE ANY IDEA OF DOING THE WORK AND THE OFFICIALS NEVER SEEM TO TAKE ANY ACTION FOR PROCEEDING THE WORK.WHEN WILL IT BE COMPLETED?...

power cut for long hours

I am staying nearby rippon building. We are facing longer hours powercuts daily. Even if we make a complaint to EB office, they are giving us really irresponsible answers and asking us to sleep in terrace. Very poor customer service... They are not mainting proper cables....

we are living in chennai suburb in madipakkam and we are getting very low voltage 183V instead of 230 V though we have 3 phase meter in place.
We reside in THIRUMURAN ST, SAKTHI NAGAR EXTN, MADIPAKKAM, CHENNAI -91

We are facing the issue for the past few years and no one is resolving this issue.

Low Voltage Problem in Kamarajapuram

Very bad voltage fluctuations

I dont understand why the EB is not fixing additional transformer or increasing the capacity of transformer in this area. More houses, hence air conditioners and hence lot of power consumption. The house at the last of the line suffers very badly.

All that the EB officials say - there is this problem through out TN.
