No Power for more than 10 hours

There is an emergency situation, since it seems that in our house we are getting power in the neutral phase.

Last 7 hours, there is no power, but suddenly three lamps of a chandelier are glowing even when the switch is off.

I have complained to 155333, the call centre, my complaint number is 2302.

I have made about 75 calls to the EB office[protected], the linesman([protected]) and the call centre....

Regular power cut at night for more than 5 hours

There was no pending due amount to be paid as well.
