On 01/05/2018, I tried to book 1 ticket from Chennai to Hosur in SETC. Amount Rs.330 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I thought it was some network problem and again I tried to book same ticket so finally twice Rs.330 amount was debited from bank totally 660 and refund the amount as soon as possible.
