I've booked seat no 5 on 20jan2020 in taste portal, and i'm mention my gender (Female) too. When i book my bus nobody were booked near to me. The conductor to harder, he doesn't know how to handle passenger. The worst ever bus this. Attached is my ticket screenshot.
Please update the ticket booking process in tnstc. The worst website ever.
