I arrived at the pickup point (koyambedu) as they said in website.But when i arrived they telling me that the pickup point is tambaram.its 20km apart from where i am.Unbelivable right?..I had to pay 350 rupees for rapido to go there..when i arrived at pickup point the driver is scolding me..This is the worst possible transport service in india.
